Privacy notice

The data you send (name, email, phone, LinkedIn, message and CV) is processed by Seamless Doubt — Sociedade Unipessoal Limitada solely to assess your application, on the basis of pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep the application for 12 months after the process ends, so we can reach out if a suitable role opens; after that it is deleted or anonymised. We do not share it with third parties for other purposes. You can request access, rectification or erasure at any time.

Do not include sensitive data. We expressly ask that you do not send, in your CV or message, special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR): health or disability, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade-union membership, genetic or biometric data, sex life or sexual orientation. We do not ask for them, do not assess them and they play no part in the decision. If included anyway, they are not extracted into structured fields, are not searchable, and are deleted along with the rest of the application.
